Red Giant’s support, to their credit, battled it out with me, but finally ended up advising to uninstall then reinstall PPro CC, and then the plugins.
In my case making sure that the plugins were actually visible to CC still didn’t make them show up in PPro.
I had the same problem happen when I switched from CS6 to CC.
